Workforce Solutions is the workforce development network for businesses and residents of Hidalgo, Starr and Willacy counties in the lower Rio Grande Valley. We provide free job orientation, education, training and job placement to teens and young adults and prepare them for competitive jobs in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, hospitality, business services, homeland security, law enforcement and construction. We help you identify your skills, improve your skills, and get a job with your skills.
